it's playable on browser....(for mobile it works but you need to flip your phone and maybe the resoulution will be good)
Note: am not sure it will work on mac and linux...unless they support HTML
the downloadable file is an HTML but to enjoy the simulator even offline

1.1:an update that i added in it: shutdown option+changed intro+amogus+added animations+CMD+better look
1.2: added paint+added settings+it's lagging now yay!

1.4: no changes....maybe few....idk men am just uploading files randomly

First of all it is to obvious that this is made in Scratch. have you tried using the the bottom font instead of Sans Serif
looks more like windows in my opinion
